We collect the following categories of information to operate and improve Rizz.

Details you provide when you create an account, such as your email address, phone number, or other sign-in credentials, and your stated age to confirm you are 18 or older.

Information you choose to add to your profile, such as your name or display name, photos, bio, and preferences used for discovery.

Profile photos you upload and, where applicable, a verification selfie. Face verification helps compare a live selfie with your profile photos. Verification selfies are used only for verification and are not displayed publicly on profiles.

Messages and other content you create or share through Rizz. Safety systems may review content to help enforce our Community Guidelines.

Information related to reports you submit or reports made about you, along with records of moderation decisions and enforcement actions.

Technical information such as device type, operating system, app version, identifiers, and diagnostic or usage data that helps us keep the app working and secure.

• Provide, maintain, and improve Rizz and its features.
• Enable discovery, matching, and real-time chat.
• Support verification and confirm eligibility (18+).
• Detect, investigate, and respond to abuse, fraud, and policy violations.
• Communicate with you about your account, support requests, and updates.
• Comply with legal obligations and protect the rights and safety of our community.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers who help us operate the app (for example, hosting, analytics, or verification technology), under appropriate obligations.
• Other members, limited to the profile information and content you choose to share.
• Authorities or third parties when we believe it is reasonably necessary to comply with the law, enforce our terms, or protect safety.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Rizz and for legitimate purposes such as security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. Retention periods vary by the type of data and the purpose for holding it.

You can request deletion of your account. When you do, profile data, photos, and account information may be deleted or anonymized. Some safety and moderation records may be retained where required for security, legal, abuse-prevention, or compliance reasons. See our Delete Account page for details.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Rizz is intended only for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we may remove it.

• Update or correct your profile information in the app.
• Block or report other members at any time.
• Manage device-level permissions such as notifications.
• Request access to or deletion of your account information by contacting us.
