By creating an account or using Rizz, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Rizz is available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using Rizz, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We may restrict or remove accounts that do not.

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Provide accurate information and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

You are responsible for the content you create, upload, or share, including photos and messages. You retain ownership of your content, and you grant Rizz the permissions needed to host and display it for the operation of the app. Content that violates our rules may be removed.

You agree not to use Rizz to engage in conduct that violates our rules, including:

• Harassment, bullying, threats, or hate speech.
• Nudity, sexual content, or sexual exploitation.
• Any content involving or sexualizing minors.
• Impersonation, fake profiles, spam, scams, blackmail, or extortion.
• Illegal activity, including drugs or weapons.
• Sharing others' private information without consent, or evading bans and moderation.

You can report inappropriate behavior in the app. Safety systems may review content, and reports may be reviewed. Members may be asked to verify their identity using a selfie. No platform can promise perfect safety, and you should use good judgment when interacting with others.

You can block other members at any time. We may apply enforcement actions for violations, including warnings, restrictions, suspension, or permanent bans. Banned members may not create new or alternate accounts to return.

Rizz may offer virtual currency or in-app items in the future. If offered, these may be subject to additional terms, may have no monetary value, and may be non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law. This section is a placeholder and will be updated if such features become available.

You may delete your account as described on our Delete Account page. Some information may be retained where required for security, legal, abuse-prevention, or compliance reasons.

Rizz is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rizz and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of Rizz after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
